We are transitioning from our current provider (Stripe) to Bank of America effective beginning November 1st, 2023.
In order to make a smooth transition, please follow the below steps on our portal.

Making the transition on our portal

Step 1.

Go to the Bills and Payment section on our portal.
Check the entry in the Bank Account section under "Processor". If you see "Stripe" listed in this column, please proceed to Step 2.
If it is already set to "BofA", then no additional changes are necessary. You may skip the remaining steps.

Step 2.

You must be an Admin to proceed in the following steps.
Click on "New Bank Account" and re-enter the same bank account information again. We will need the same information as usual:

The new entry will autofill "BofA" under "Processor".

Step 3.

Set the new entry (the entry with "BofA" under Processor) as your default payment method.
Delete the old entry (the entry with "Stripe" under Processor).
When these steps are completed correctly, you should see only one entry, as shown below:

Advantage of the new processor

When you begin seeing the first charges on your bank statements from our new payment processor, each charge will include a "YACH…" number. YACH stands for YoCierge ACH.
If you would like to find which invoices a particular payment belongs to, you may search our portal for the same YACH number shown on the bank statements:
